Safe Driver Service:

A “Safe Driver” is a professional driver assigned by Commute Care Driver Services to drive clients to their destination in the client’s vehicle or a company-provided vehicle.

CONDITIONS:

Driver’s Responsibility:

  1. The Safe Driver is responsible for transporting the client to the designated location as agreed in the service contract or receipt. The service will be performed using either the client’s vehicle or a vehicle provided by Commute Care Driver Services, depending on the service chosen.

Client Responsibility:

  2. The organization holds no responsibility for any issues related to vehicle malfunction (such as brake failure or mechanical issues) or any personal property left in the vehicle.
  3. The client is responsible for ensuring that their vehicle complies with legal and maintenance standards.

Accidents and Liabilities:

  1. In the event of an accident, Commute Care Driver Services’s liability will be limited to what is covered by the vehicle’s insurance policy, in accordance with UAE law.
  2. The company is not responsible for any damage, injury, or incident beyond what is stipulated in the insurance agreement.

Service Termination :

  1.  The driver has the right to stop the vehicle and terminate the service if the client engages in behavior that endangers the safety of either the driver or themselves, including but not limited to physical abuse, harassment, or any action that puts the journey at risk.

Vehicle Breakdown :

  1.  If the vehicle breaks down during the trip or en route to the destination, the driver will attempt to make alternative arrangements at the company’s discretion. In such cases, a partial refund for the unfinished part of the journey may be provided, but this is not guaranteed.

Appointment Delays:

  1.  The company does not accept liability for delays or missed appointments due to traffic congestion, vehicle malfunctions, or adverse weather conditions. The client is advised to account for potential delays in their travel plans.

Report Issue

  1.  If the client incurs any fines or is involved in an accident during the service, they must notify Commute Care Driver Services within 3 days of the incident. Failure to report within this period absolves the company of any responsibility for the incident

Cancellation Policy:

  1. If a client cancels or modifies a booking within one hour of the scheduled service time, a cancellation fee will be applied.
  2. The company reserves the right to adjust charges if there is a change in the destination or service requirements after the booking has been confirmed.

Conduct During the Service: 

  1. The client agrees to behave in a manner that ensures the safety and comfort of both themselves and the Safe Driver during the service. Any disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of the service without a refund.

Service Confirmation:

  1.  By using our services, the client acknowledges that they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
